Rustam Koshonov previously worked at the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In October, Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on the establishment of the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Antalya, Turkey.
