Ex-President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev bought a land plot near his house in Koi-Tash village, belonging to the Ninth Service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
The SCNS told 24.kg news agency that another person purchased the land plot.
According to its press center, the State Committee for National Security received a land for dachas in the 1980s. In May 2017, the land plot near the house of Almazbek Atambayev was handed over to the SCNS Ninth Service for the protection of the head of state.
After the end of the term of the presidency, SCNS sold the land as useless.
