The State Registration Service will begin rotation of its personnel in February this year. The head of the service Dastan Dogoev said at SRS board meeting.
According to him, at present the service is preparing a rotation plan for employees. «We have approved a register of posts subject to rotation. At the moment, we conduct financial calculations. Together with the Ministry of Finance, an estimate is drawn up. The rotation of the staff is not only moving a person from one place to another, but also financial costs. We cannot transfer people to another region without their consent,» said Dastan Dogoev.
