According to her, the salary depends on several factors, one of which is the workload. «Today, there is another problem, hours in the regions began to be split up, a teacher takes 3 hours, 5 hours, gives one lesson and leaves, gets his five thousand, and it’s the salary that is not raised,» she said.
As the head of the educational department noted, this state of affairs negatively affects the quality of education.
«Such teachers solve only their problems, what quality can we talk about when there are only 3 hours a week?» the minister asked and noted that this attitude of some teachers who go to school only in order not to interrupt the teaching experience and to have a source of small income, negatively affects the quality of education, since a teacher is not fully involved in the teaching process.
As she said, actually the salary of teachers has increased 4 times.
«The issue of increasing wages is not removed from the agenda, it is constant, and at the bare opportunity it will increase,» the minister said.
