«The bulletin is a form of strict accountability. The State Enterprise Uchkun will most likely print it, and this year the paper density will be higher," Head of the Central Election Commission Nurzhan Shayldabekova reported today at the seminar «Functioning of the electoral system.»
She explained that when some of the bulletins were manufactured by several private companies, there were scandals.
«I think it is right when there is a state enterprise that centrally prints forms of strict accountability. The form will have several protection degrees, and I can not say how many because this information is confidential. I will only say that, apart from other degrees, the bulletin will have a certain sign, without which the automatically reading ballot box will not accept it," Nurzhan Shayldabekova said.
