Almazbek Atambayev: There will be no third revolution in Kyrgyzstan

«There will be no third revolution in Kyrgyzstan," President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev said in the park to the memory of the revolution on March 24, 2005.

According to him, previous tragic events in Aksy, March 2005 and April 2010 should be perceived as mountain passes that Kyrgyzstan overcame.

The President complained that the fruits of the revolution on March 24 were stolen, and reminded journalists that the first six months after those memorable events, he drank nonstop.

In general, there will be no more revolutions, it will be impossible to stir up the situation. Kyrgyzstan has become a completely different country.

The head of state added that the time for political games is over and everything should be under the law.

Speaking about the forthcoming presidential campaign, Almazbek Atambayev emphasized that the race actually has began. Candidates hold a war of compromising materials, and as for SDPK, the possible nominees should be approached very thoroughly.

«It’s time to stop all these games, we’ll hold everyone responsible. And I think that the elections will be held on time. I have already said that I don’t believe in dissolution of the Parliament, but I am sure that the new convocation should be better than the present and 3–4 parties should join it," the head of state said.

Once again I state: no one can destabilize the situation in the country, we won’t have mercy for players who have already started their dirty games.
