The Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan has found out that a hospital building and the adjacent land plot were privatized in violation of the law, despite the direct prohibition on the alienation of social infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the measures taken by the main supervisory body, the facility worth 86.3 million soms was returned to state ownership.
The prosecution authorities continue systematic work to ensure legality in the area of state property.
