A meeting was held in Tashkent between the trade representative of Kyrgyzstan in Uzbekistan Almaz Temirbekov and the representative of the beekeeping farm of the neighboring state Shukhrat Ganiev. The representative office reported.
A Memorandum of Cooperation and a preliminary contract for the supply of mountain Kyrgyz honey to Tashkent were signed at the meeting.
«This step opens up new prospects for the development of trade relations between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in the field of beekeeping and honey production. The memorandum of cooperation aims to implement joint projects, and the preliminary contract involves the supply of mountain Kyrgyz honey to the capital of Uzbekistan,» the trade mission noted.
The parties expressed confidence in the successful implementation of this project, which represents not only economic cooperation, but also a cultural exchange between the two countries.
