A draw for the distribution of free airtime and print space in the repeat elections in Leninsky single-mandate constituency No. 26 took place. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reported.
Free airtime is provided by NTRK, and free print space is provided by Kabar news agency.
Individual speeches will be broadcast from August 22 to August 25 in the evening, televised debates — from September 5 to September 8.
Candidates for mandate can publish their materials in Kabar on any day during the period of campaigning.
Repeat elections of a deputy of Parliament will be held in Leninsky single-mandate constituency on September 10. The campaign began on August 21.
Earlier, the CEC declared the results of the snap elections of a deputy of Parliament in Leninsky district, held on May 28, invalid, since the votes cast for Damira Niyazalieva were annulled. She won 35.86 percent of the votes in the elections, which is more than a third.
