The Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Culture expects 10 million tourists to arrive in Kyrgyzstan this year. Director of the department Samat Shatmanov announced at a meeting of Ishenim faction.
In 2022, according to the classification of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the data of the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the number of tourists reached 6,912 million people.
«We are counting on 10 million this year,» Samat Shatmanov said.
