Ballot papers for repeat election of deputies of the Parliament in two single-mandate constituencies will be produced before February 22. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reported.
According to the CEC, they will contain the names and surnames of the candidates, according to the serial numbers determined at a draw, which will be held, preliminary, until February 10, and there will be an option «none of the above».
The CEC will also approve the text and form of the ballots by February 10.
Candidates who refuse to participate in the race before February 22 will be returned the electoral deposit in the amount of 100,000 soms.
As for the list of voters, there will be two of them — one for each district. Turnout will also be counted separately.
Repeat elections in two single-mandate constituencies — Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky — will be held on February 27.
