At least 2,048,600 billion soms have been budgeted this year for construction of 208 social facilities in Kyrgyzstan. Mirbek Akmataliev, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Utility Services, announced at a press conference in Bishkek. According to him, 1,734,400 billion soms of them have been allocated.
«To date, 27 out of 37 social facilities, planned for completion of construction throughout the country, have been completed, including 23 financed at the expense of the republican budget. These are 13 schools, five kindergartens, two cultural facilities, two healthcare facilities and one administrative building, as well as four schools, financed by the Saudi Fund for Development. The remaining 10 facilities will be completed by September 15,» Akmataliev said.
He noted that by the end of the year, the state agency plans to build and repair at least 100 facilities, including 47 schools and 12 kindergartens.
