There are 250 unfinished objects to date in Kyrgyzstan. When will their construction be completed? The head of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, Nurdan Oruntaev, answered this question on Birinchi Radio.
According to him, 210 facilities were commissioned in 2023, and 250 are planned to be built this year.
«Last year was a record year for construction; 12 billion soms were allocated from the state budget. This year we plan to complete the unfinished projects,» the official said.
He noted that a new commission was formed in early January to resolve the issue of illegally erected commercial buildings.
«We will be forced to demolish some large objects. The owners have already been informed about this. There are certain requirements. If the owners do not comply with them, then we will have to demolish them ourselves,» Nurdan Oruntaev added.
