The State Migration Service of Kyrgyzstan reminds that within the framework of implementation of the Kyrgyz-Russian agreements prior to the state visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a migration amnesty is granted to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who have violated for one reason or another the migration legislation of the Russian Federation.
Entry for such citizens into the territory of Russia is recommended from May 1, 2019.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who are already in Russia, but have violated the order of their stay, have the right to leave the country without hindrance until April 22, 2019 and enter the territory of the Russian Federation (at any time) without administrative liability.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached on providing by the Russian side of lists of citizens of Kyrgyzstan, and these are 211,000 people, who violated immigration laws, but live in the Russian Federation.
In addition, the State Migration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic received lists of Kyrgyz citizens who were withdrawn from the list of persons for whom entry into Russia is open.
Every citizen of Kyrgyzstan living in Russia can check himself or herself in these lists.
The State Migration Service calls on citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who are in Russia in violation of the law, to use the migration amnesty and legalize themselves.
After entering the territory of Russia, it is necessary to register within 30 days in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
This is not the first migration amnesty for Kyrgyzstanis in Russia. It has already been announced from October 16 to December 10, 2018.
