Kyrgyzstan parliamentary faction invited the government to consider the responsibility of the heads of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services. The decision was made today at a meeting of the faction.
Deputies unanimously noted the nontransparency and inefficiency of the agency and its head.
«There are a lot of questions to the State Construction Agency, a lot of criticism. The government could not reform it. Tenders, construction of facilities — over-pricing and other financial irregularities are everywhere. Therefore, we recommended the government to consider the responsibility of the head of the agency and dismiss him. We need to find more efficient and honest personnel,» said the leader of the faction Almazbek Baatyrbekov, answering questions of 24.kg news agency.
The chairman of the state agency, Bakytbek Abdiyev, was not present at the meeting of the faction. He is abroad.
The faction also recommends the government to consider the job competence of the State Secretary of the State Construction Agency Samat Borubaev.
