The police opened a criminal case on the death of a 9-year-old boy found on a beach in Cholpon-Ata. The Police Department for Issyk-Kul region informed 24.kg news agency.
A forensic examination confirmed that the boy died of suffocation.
«A criminal case was opened under the article murder of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The forensic medical examination concluded that the child had been strangled with a mesh bag from potatoes. The investigation is underway. There are suspects,» the police reported.
Recall, on October 1, the police found a strangled 9-year-old boy on one of Cholpon-Ata beaches on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. The child suffered from autism, therefore, law enforcement officers considered all versions of the happened.
