Kuzminsky Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for the driver of the car, who hit pedestrians, citizens of Kyrgyzstan, on Novocherkassky Boulevard. Russian media reported.
The court ruled to put 20-year-old Russian citizen Bekzhan Sarbishev into custody for two months until November 8.
At least 11 people were injured, 10 of them citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as a result of the traffic accident. One person died in a hospital from injuries, four more are in extremely serious condition.
A criminal case was opened under the Article — Murder, attempted murder of two or more persons committed in a generally dangerous manner. Bekzhan Sarbishev was waiting for insulters of his sister and deliberately hit them by car.
