Kyrgyzstan spends 155 million soms on payment of suyunchu

Since the beginning of the year, 38,187 people have received a one-time allowance for the birth of children (suyunchu). The Chief Specialist of the Department of Social Security of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Nurzhan Alapaeva informed 24.kg news agency.

According to her, the payments amounted to 155.8 million soms.

«We collect the applications weekly and immediately send money. To apply, you must submit: a birth certificate of a child, parents’ passports, a certificate from the place of residence and have an account in a bank. People apply with all these documents to the registry offices or information kiosks, which are located at the post offices,» she noted.

One-time allowance for a birth of a child is 4,000 soms.
