A deputy of rural council turned out to be among the suspects in the theft of fuel from the builders of the alternative North — South road. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department for Jalal-Abad region reported.
According to its information, on July 2, unknown people beat up a worker of a Chinese company and took away one ton of fuel in Kok-Iyrim village in Toguz-Toro district. The Chinese citizen was injured and taken to a hospital.
«A criminal case has been opened. Four suspects were detained during the investigative activities. One of them turned out to be a deputy of the rural council. Later, the suspects were placed under house arrest,» the Internal Affairs Department said.
