The Bishkek City Council has a new deputy from Kyrgyzstan political faction — Taalaybek Surapbaev. He received his seat today at a regular session.
The place became vacant after the early termination of the powers of the deputy of the Bishkek City Council Dzholdoshbek Dzhunushev based on submitted notice of resignation.
