At the same time, Russia accounts for most of the transfers — $ 142.7 million. The USA take the second place with $ 1.4 million in transfers. $ 29.5 million were sent from Kyrgyzstan to other countries. More than 90 percent of the money were transferred to the Russian Federation — $ 29.2 million. Thus, the net inflow of remittances to Kyrgyzstan is estimated at $ 116.4 million.
In 2017, migrants have transferred $ 2,482.2 billion to Kyrgyzstan.
