Fuel in Kyrgyzstan left for two weeks

Fuel and lubricants in Kyrgyzstan will be enough for two weeks only. The deputy Iskhak Pirmatov informed about this today at the session of the Parliament.

According to him, in connection with the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the Eurasian Economic Union, the fuel is supplied without duties. «From October 12-13, no car can enter or leave Kyrgyzstan. We have fuel reserves for a week or two. If to import paying duty, then gasoline will rise in price. Association of oil traders and the government don’t give information. Everyone pretends that nothing happens,» Iskhak Pirmatov said.

He added that this issue can’t be solved for already a month. «It is necessary to tell citizens openly that gasoline will rise in price. The Junda plant wanted to deliver more than 1 million tons of raw materials, but couldn’t deliver even half of it. We need to hold negotiations at the level of the first vice-prime minister,» the deputy explained.
