Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan completes his mission

The mission of the Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Metin Kilic is coming to an end. Answering the question of 24.kg news agency, he said that he would help to strengthen bilateral relations in the future.

«Kyrgyzstan remains in my memory as one of the most hospitable countries. The people here are sympathetic and open. I would also mention the pleasing table of your people,» the Ambassador said.

Metin Kilic expressed the hope that the next head of the diplomatic mission would be able to strengthen some aspects of bilateral relations, for which he did not have enough time.

We have paid a lot of attention to the social sphere for 4 years of my work. We were occupied with educational programs, organization of treatment of citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey.

«I regret that I could not strengthen our cultural ties to the proper level. I advise the next ambassador to find time for this direction,» Metin Kilic said.

He took the post of the Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan in 2013.
