Traffic accident in Issyk-Kul: Israeli citizen killed

A citizen of Israel was killed in a traffic accident in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. Information was confirmed to 24.kg news agency by the Internal Affairs Department for the region.

The traffic accident occurred in a mountainous area on the road to Karkyra pasture. The driver of Honda lost control of the car and it turned over. An Israeli citizen, 60-year-old Dani Nahum, died at the scene. Another passenger was injured and hospitalized with severe injuries.

The necessary expertise has been appointed on this fact. All circumstances of the accident are being clarified. The Embassy of Israel in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan is organizing the return of the body of the deceased to the homeland.
