President of Kazakhstan instructs government to settle situation on border

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov held talks with the head of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and informed about the situation on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border.

He asked to solve the problem, since citizens of not only Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, but also third countries suffer from this. The President of Kazakhstan instructed the government of his country to remove the issues that had been raised.

Recall, there is a long queue of vehicles and people from the evening of October 10 at the checkpoints Ak-Tilek, Ak-Jol and Chon-Kapka on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic notes that our checkpoints are operating in normal mode. Prime Minister Sapar Isakov instructed the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health to provide food at the border, organize tents, hot meals, ambulance service.
