No Kyrgyzstanis among dead in terrorist attack in London

According to preliminary information, there are no Kyrgyzstanis among the victims of accidents in central London, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

It is noted that the Embassy of the KR in London continues to contact local authorities in the UK, and additional information will be provided when available.

Recall, on the night of June 4,  a van crashed into people on the London Bridge. Almost simultaneously, three people attacked passers-by near Borough Market.

Another attack occurred in the Vauxhall area, but the police said that it was not connected with the first two. According to police, there was a terrorist attack on the London Bridge and on Borough Market.

Victims — seven people, 48 — were injured. The three attackers, who were wearing the models of the bomb belt, were killed.

According to the latest information, the police detained 12 people in an apartment belonging to one of the terrorists on suspicion of involvement in these attacks.
