Kyrgyz-Chinese Trade and Economic Cooperation Center opened in Shaanxi

The Kyrgyz-Chinese Center for Trade and Economic Cooperation was opened in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev and Governor of the province Zhao Gang took part in the opening ceremony. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The center with an area of ​​1,000 square meters is intended for exhibitions of Kyrgyz products and meetings with entrepreneurs. A 200-square-meter Kyrgyz trade pavilion was also opened, where products will be presented for purchase both offline and online through Douyin, WeChat and Pingduoduo applications.

As part of the opening, a business forum was held with the participation of more than 200 companies from Kyrgyzstan and Shaanxi. Participants discussed investments in industry, tourism, transport and agriculture.

Several investment agreements were signed following the forum. Bakyt Torobaev also met with a representative of the Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group. They discussed issues of cooperation in the mining and processing industries.
