President Sadyr Japarov instructed the Bishkek City Hall on Facebook to completely remove old billboards in Bishkek by August 31.
The President proposed installing LED screens in places appropriate to the appearance of the capital instead of the banners.
«Put the city into order! Get out of the past! It is XXI century,» Sadyr Japarov posted.
