The maximum air temperature in the capital of Kyrgyzstan on this day reached +18.3 degrees Celsius. This is 12.7 degrees above normal. The coldest December 25 was in 1976, when it was −24.9 degrees outside.
Earlier, other records were also registered on December 5 and December 23, when the air warmed up to +18.6 and +16.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The hottest day of December was the 2nd of 2021, when the air temperature reached +23.7 degrees. The average monthly temperature in December is −1.1 degrees.
