Former head of Cadastre state institution was detained for fraudulent actions using his official position. The press center of the SCNS reported.
It was found out that in March 2023, in collusion with officials of the state administration of Alamedin district, he offered a citizen to buy a plot of land in Orto-Sai village with an area of 3 hectares, which is on the balance of the state, for $1,200 million.
«In order to record and document the facts of criminal activity, the man was caught red-handed and taken to the temporary detention center of the SCNS on November 20 when returning $10,000 from the previously handed over $150,000 in one of the Bishkek cafes. An investigation is underway,» the SCNS reported.
