Turkish doctor Mikail Surer visited a woman whose ex-husband had cut off her ears and nose. The doctor promised to assist the victim in subsequent operations. The victim’s sister Diana reported on social media.
Mikail Surer said that he would do everything to return the woman her former face, and would not take money for it.
On September 20, the 36-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with stab wounds. The fact was registered under Article 130 «Causing grievous harm to health» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. A criminal case has been opened. As a result, a 39-year-old man was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
