Investigation of the criminal case against an activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov has been completed. Lawyer Agzam Dushenaliev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the criminal case has been sent for study to the Prosecutor General’s Office, which has the right to send the materials back to the Ministry of Internal Affairs within five days. If there are no gaps in the case, it will be sent to court.
Recall, unknown people put in a car and drove away the activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov on May 30. Relatives and human rights activists could not find out where he was for more than an hour. It turned out later that the police officers had taken him for questioning within the framework of the initiated criminal case. The activist was charged with inciting racial, ethnic, national, religious inter-regional hatred (discord).
