«With deep sorrow I received the news of the death of many people as a result of fires in the Hawaiian Islands. We share the grief of the United States of America. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and all the people of the USA, to the families and friends of the victims. I wish a speedy recovery to all the injured,» the telegram says.
