Ten documents were signed during the 7th Issyk-Kul 2023 International Economic Forum. The National Investment Agency reported.
An investment agreement for the design and construction of Kazarmansky HPPs cascade was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the consortium of Green Gold Energy (GGE), China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (CRCC20) and Power China Northwest Engineering Corporation Limited (NWE). A Memorandum of Cooperation and Understanding was signed between One Belt, One Road Tobacco Industry Corporation LLC and the National Investment Agency.
A protocol of intent was also signed to implement the investment project «Construction of an innovative trade and logistics complex in Chui region» and a project to create an international processing and trade park (foreign warehouse) in Kyrgyzstan.
The National Investment Agency also entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Xi’an Industrial Park Association (China) and the Qin Chamber of Commerce and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the joint investment group of Chinese enterprises together with the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic on investment and development projects in the field of new energy. As part of this document, it is planned to implement projects for the construction of photovoltaic and wind power plants, as well as micro hydroelectric power plants. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce also signed a cooperation agreement with Dandong Huanghai Automobile Company Limited.
Office of the Presidential Envoy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions signed Memorandums of Cooperation in the field of tourism with the khokimiyat of Namangan region of Uzbekistan. They agreed on cooperation with Absheron Logistics LLC, Kyrgyz Temir Zholu National Company and Kyrgyz Pochtasy OJSC.
