It is planned to open five new kindergartens in Karakol city in 2023. Press service of the City Hall reported.
Construction of three new kindergartens on the site of the old ones is being completed. Two of them are constructed at the expense of the republican budget with a total cost of 142 million soms, another one is being built by the municipality of the sister city of Uçhisar (Turkey).
In addition, last year, with the support of the City Council, 15 million soms were allocated from the local budget to purchase the former kindergarten building of the electrical plant. This year, funds were allocated to repair and equip the kindergarten with everything necessary.
Karakol mayor Ermat Dzhumaev added that another kindergarten would be opened in the building where the city court used to be. The institution was previously transferred to the new House of Justice.
