Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov awarded winners of the project «40 districts — 40 initiatives» on Wednesday.
According to him, the project is an excellent opportunity for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to implement their business projects that will contribute to the development of the country’s economy.
The official expressed hope that the authors of the eight innovative initiatives would do everything possible to successfully implement their idea. «Your success is a contribution to improving the well-being of fellow citizens,» he said.
The project «40 districts — 40 initiatives» was initiated by the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovation, it is aimed at stimulating and promoting innovative projects in priority areas of development of the economy, science and technology for the social and economic development of the country’s regions.
At least 98 applications have been received in the areas of production, services, processing, industry, agriculture, sales, education and information technology since August 1, 2022.
The winning projects will be financed from the republican budget in the amount of up to 1 million soms.
