Three Bishkek schools have switched to online learning. The Vice Mayor of the capital, Victoria Mozgacheva, told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, these are schools No. 87, 81 and 78.
«They have local electric heating,» she explained.
Recall, the Ministry of Energy admitted last week that rolling blackouts were introduced in Kyrgyzstan. According to it, if the electricity is not turned off for 1-1.5 hours, the transformers may fail.
The ministry provided a schedule of power outages in regions of the country and Bishkek.
