The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan held a meeting on projects aimed at developing tourism. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
The projects being developed by the Tourism Development Support Fund in Kyrgyzstan were presented. In particular, Akylbek Japarov was told about the projects of a 4-star hotel complex in Razzakov town, Batken region, a sanatorium complex and a children’s health camp in Batken region. A project for the development of a network of 32 sanatorium facilities worth $960 million was presented.
In addition, the fund plans to restore Ak-Keme hotel, develop a network of glampings in the regions of the country and create a scenic viewpoint near Bishkek.
Following the meeting, Akylbek Japarov instructed the relevant state bodies and local authorities to further develop projects aimed at developing the country’s tourism potential.
