The Bishkek City Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency. The preventive measure for Maksat Dadybaev was chosen by the Oktyabrsky District Court.
»The petition of the head of the investigation group of the Prosecutor General’s Office has been granted. Preventive measure in the form of detention for two months was chosen for the accused. That is, Maksat Dadybaev will be kept in the guardroom of the Military Commandant’s Office of the Bishkek garrison until February 14, 2023,” the court commented.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office initiated a criminal case under the articles "Money laundering", "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
