The State Mortgage Company will build 76 private houses in the border villages of Batken. Tilek Dzheembaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of State Mortgage Company JSC, announced at an off-site meeting of Alliance parliamentary faction.
According to him, the state-owned company has chosen five sites in the country where it plans to build housing for citizens.
«We have chosen five locations and developed design estimates for the houses to be built. We plan to build panel houses in Karakol, monolithic houses in Bishkek, and 76 individual houses in four border villages in Batken. A square meter of a panel house will cost about $400. Apartments will be provided at four percent for 25 years,» Tilek Dzheembaev said.
He noted that in such conditions it will be possible to pay 9,000-10,000 soms per month for a one-room apartment and subsequently become its full owner.
