Bishkek will host the World Forum of Rectors. The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The theme of the event is «The role of universities in building a national innovation ecosystem.»
«At the forum, rectors of universities from more than 100 countries will discuss methods to improve the efficiency of research and innovation activities of universities, commercialization of intellectual property and transfer of technologies,» the ministry said.
The forum organizers are the Ministry of Education and Science and the World Intellectual Property Organization. The event will take place on September 14-15.
