Bishkek will host an International Forum of Rectors «Role of universities in creation of national innovation ecosystem» in September. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
According to the ministry, the main goal of the event is to increase the efficiency of scientific and innovative activities of universities, to present the potential of Kyrgyzstan.
«Participants of the forum will discuss increasing the scientific and technical potential to develop recommendations on commercialization of the results of intellectual activity of universities, training of personnel for innovation activity, and expansion of networking,» the ministry said.
It is expected that the forum will be attended by heads of more than 200 universities around the world, representatives of international organizations, foundations, advisers on education and science of international programs.
