The death toll of civilians in Ukraine has risen to 331. Reuters reports with reference to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
It is noted that 19 among 331 killed are children. According to the agency, most of the victims died from explosive weapons, such as heavy artillery shelling, multiple launch rocket systems, rocket and air strikes. Other 675 people were injured.
Today is the 10th day of fighting in Ukraine. On February 24, 2022, the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced start of a special military operation. It was regarded in Ukraine and in the West as a full-scale invasion.
Second round of Russian-Ukrainian talks took place on March 3, 2022. The parties agreed on providing humanitarian aid to the population.
