Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov, the former director of the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics, met today with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov. He himself told 24.kg news agency.
«I tried to explain everything to the president. It seems to me that he understood everything. Now our team and me are waiting for a fair decision. I will not comment on the details of the meeting. The head of state will make the final decision. So we’ll wait for his decision,» Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov said.
On February 4, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev issued an order to reorganize the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics into the Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medicine. Director Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov was relieved of his position. This post was abolished. The hospital will be headed by a chief physician Damir Duishenov. However, Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov refused to accept the minister’s order and leave his position as director of the center. By order of the President, an interdepartmental commission was created to settle the issue.
