A monument to the great Kyrgyz writer was unveiled in the Chingiz Aitmatov Park, located inGüzeloba district of Muratpaşa municipality in Antalya (Turkey). The Turkish media report.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Muratpaşa Hüseyin Sarı, the Advisor to the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Urmat Usenov, the public figure Keneshbek Alyan uulu, guests from Turkey and Kyrgyzstan.
It is noted that the installation of the monument is the initiative of the journalist Barno Usmanova. It was made by Boobek Arykov, the work was financed by Keneshbek Alyan uulu.
