At least 6,431 violations of traffic rules have been detected in Bishkek for a week. The press service of the Patrol Police Service reported.
According to the press service, 68 drivers were driving under the influence of alcohol, 16 drivers had tinted cars, 39 drivers without driving license were stopped, 86 were stopped for violation of vehicle registration rules and 6,003 — for other violations. Some 351 cars were impounded.
At least 208 pedestrians and cyclists were also fined.
The officers ask citizens to strictly observe the traffic rules for the sake of their safety.
