Schools will switch to online learning if cases of COVID-19 are detected in five or more classes. The Health Minister of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, if one or two sick students are registered in one class, then only this class starts learning online.
«Even if there are eight to ten cases in an educational institution, but in three or four classes, the school will not switch to online learning. If a teacher falls ill, the decision will be made based on the classes in which he or she works,» the official said.
He added that those educational institutions that have already switched to online learning will continue it until the end of the quarantine period.
