Kyrgyzstan’s regions have to switch to electronic document management by April 1

Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan instructed offices of the Presidential Envoys to regions and village administrations to switch to electronic document management by April 1. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

Akylbek Japarov held a meeting on introduction of automated information systems in state agencies, offices of the Presidential Envoys to the regions, district administrations and City Halls in Bishkek and Osh. The problems arising during the introduction of information systems Infodocs, e-kyzmat, Sanarip aimak in the context of regions and village administrations were discussed.

«The lowest performance is observed in Chui region: out of 105 village administrations, 31 have not joined the electronic document management system. Such indicators are unacceptable. From March 1, the administration of the head of state will stop accepting paper documents, and from April 1, all government agencies will completely switch to electronic document management. It is necessary to speed up and get on with the times. Neighboring countries have already switched to the electronic document management, but we are still unable to do it,» the head of the Cabinet said.

He added that following the first quarter of 2022, certification of knowledge of electronic document management systems and providing electronic services to the population will be carried out.

At the end of the meeting Akylbek Japarov instructed to organize traveling teams to conduct trainings in the regions of the republic on transition to electronic document management and provision of electronic services to the population.
