At least 120 polling stations were set up for repeat elections in two single-mandate constituencies — Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky in Bishkek. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reported.
It is specified that 60 polling stations were prepared in Pervomaisky district and 60 — in Sverdlovsky district. The CEC also noted that by January 25 these voting premises should be checked for accessibility to people with disabilities.
The CEC must register candidates by February 7. Campaigning will begin on February 7 and end on February 26 at 8 a.m. Repeat elections in two single-mandate constituencies, Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky, will be held on February 27.
