Labor migrants get into fight in Moscow: Three of them seriously injured

Migrants put up a mass brawl in Moscow on New Year’s Eve, Interfax reports.

According to the media outlet, migrants from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan staged the fight in Tekstilshchiki district.

According to the interlocutor of the media outlet, the conflict between migrants occurred on the New Year’s Eve on Grayvoronovskaya St. According to preliminary data, the reason for the scuffle was personal enmity. A total of three citizens of Uzbekistan and ten citizens of Kyrgyzstan participated in the fight. As a result, three people received serious stab wounds.

As the source specified, the police managed to detain nine participants of the conflict, all of them are the natives of the Kyrgyz Republic. Administrative protocols were drawn up under the article on violation of the regime of stay in the Russian Federation by a foreign citizen or stateless person.

It was reported earlier that almost 400 migrants were banned from entering Russia for 40 years in Moscow due to participation in brawls. At least 11 mass brawls between migrant workers took place in Russia from June to November 2021.
